Salesforce FSC + AML

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) professionals to support a leading banking client's strategic transformation initiatives. The resources will primarily focus on project delivery and transformation initiatives, rather than BAU activities. Key focus areas include: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory changes Account-Based Statements Digital Banking Platform enhancements Mobile Application enhancements Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions. Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce platform capabilities. Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware where required. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to understand and deliver business requirements. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and enterprise governance requirements. Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Independently manage and deliver assigned tasks within defined project timelines. For Technical Lead candidates: Provide solution direction and technical guidance. Guide and mentor development teams. Ensure solutions align with the bank's technical architecture, security, and governance requirements. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Strong expertise in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Triggers Flows SOQL SOSL Salesforce APIs Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
