Salesforce conga developer

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce developer with hands-on Conga expertise to help us build, configure, and optimize our document generation, contract lifecycle, and quote-to-cash processes on Salesforce. You'll work closely with our team to design solutions that streamline how we create, approve, and manage documents and contracts. Responsibilities Design, configure, and develop solutions using Conga Composer for automated document and template generation (quotes, proposals, contracts, invoices) Configure and support Conga CPQ / CLM (formerly Apttus), including product configuration, pricing rules, bundles, and approval workflows Set up and troubleshoot Conga Sign for e-signature workflows Build and maintain templates, merge fields, and conditional logic within Conga tools Integrate Conga with Salesforce objects, flows, and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs Debug and resolve issues across Composer, Sign, Contracts, and CPQ Write and maintain Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL as needed to support Conga solutions Document configurations and provide clear status updates Collaborate with admins, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Required Skills & Experience Proven hands-on experience with Conga Composer, Conga CPQ/CLM, and/or Conga Sign Solid Salesforce development background: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC), SOQL/SOSL Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or CPQ processes (quote-to-cash) Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations and third-party tools Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules) Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
