AI-Savvy Junior Designer for Luxury Brand, Print, Social Media & Web Design Support

We’re hiring a designer to support ongoing creative work across print, social media, and web design projects. This is a long-term role for someone with strong taste, a good eye for design, and a willingness to learn, especially when it comes to using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT within a modern design workflow. We work with professional and premium brands, including projects in luxury real estate, hospitality, and other high-end markets. Because of that, good taste matters a lot in this role. We’re looking for someone who understands clean, elevated, editorial-style design and can create work that feels polished, modern, and premium. This is not a role for someone who just wants complete creative freedom and does everything their own way. We already have processes, references, and standard operating procedures in place. We need someone who can execute well, follow direction, support our lead designer, and help us produce consistently strong work. About the role This role will involve a mix of: print and marketing design social media design web design support image editing and layout work occasional AI-assisted copy generation for pages, brochures, and other assets To start, the role will likely be around 1 to 2 hours per day on weekdays, with room to grow. Over time, we would like this person to become a much bigger part of the team, with the potential to grow into a larger ongoing role over the next year. What you’ll be helping with You may be asked to support work such as: -Designing flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and other marketing materials -Updating existing templates with new information, imagery, and branding -Pulling content, specs, product details, or property details from source materials and laying them out cleanly in a brochure or design template -Editing product images, property images, or marketing visuals -Assisting with web page design concepts -Designing pages in Figma or helping build/design pages with Claude-based workflows -Supporting website design and creative production for premium brands -Creating or refining visual assets for websites and landing pages -Using Claude or ChatGPT to help generate copy for designs when needed, then proofreading and cleaning it up -Supporting our lead designer with production tasks and execution based on our SOPs Our workflow For print and design tasks, we commonly use tools like: Canva (most common) Photoshop Illustrator Figma For web design and certain creative workflows, we are increasingly using: Claude (most common) ChatGPT Claude-based design/build workflows If you already have experience using Claude for creative or web-related work, that’s a big plus. If you have strong design taste and are eager to learn that workflow, that can also work. We care a lot about taste, adaptability, and execution. What matters most in this role The two biggest things we care about are: 1. You have a strong eye for design You understand what looks polished, premium, and well-composed. You can recognize strong typography, spacing, hierarchy, image selection, and overall layout quality. You have a sense for visual work that would feel at home in luxury real estate, hospitality, fashion, editorial, or high-end brand environments. 2. You’re willing to learn and follow direction You do not need to know everything already. We’re happy to help someone improve their skills if they have the right taste, attitude, and work ethic. We want someone coachable who can work within our systems and execute accurately. Ideal background You might be a great fit if you have experience with some combination of: Canva (Must-have) Photoshop Illustrator (ideal) Figma (ideal) Claude (must-have) ChatGPT (must-have) Social media design Brochure or flyer design Website design or landing page design Editing and organizing content for visual layouts What we’re looking for Strong design taste and a clean, elevated visual style Strong English and the ability to proofread copy before it goes live Comfortable following SOPs, references, and instructions Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable updating templates and doing production-style design work Interested in learning modern AI-assisted design workflows Able to work consistently during weekdays Open to a long-term role and growth over time A note on the type of work Some tasks will be more creative, and some will be more execution-focused. For example, sometimes we may give you a brochure template and ask you to replace all the content with details from a new property, product, or business. Other times we may ask you to help design a web page concept or assist with a new landing page layout. You do not need to be a world-class designer from day one.
