Schematic Architect Design

We are seeking a skilled architect to create a comprehensive schematic design for a new 3 story mixed use building located at 199 Easton Ave New Brunswick, NJ. The dimensions of the building are 20' wide x 80' deep. (the front is an angle from right to left), The first floor is a commercial space (ideally for a restaurant with big store front windows from floor to ceiling). The second and third floor I would like to have two three bedroom apartments each with at least 315 sqft of common area in each apartment. The first floor commercial space should also have a room for the buildings utility room and mechanicals. I am open to a covered porch area for the apartments in the front and rear. I can attach the existing survey of the land upon hiring.
