Science & Grants Program Manager (Part Time | Remote)

About Us We are a digital health technology company developing evidence based behavioral health programs backed by scientific research. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychologists, researchers, engineers, designers, and product leaders working together to build innovative mental health solutions. We are seeking a Science & Grants Program Manager who can strengthen the scientific quality of our research, grant development, and evidence based programs. About the Role This position serves as the scientific quality review layer before work reaches executive leadership. You will review research documents, grant applications, scientific manuscripts, and analyses while helping improve research operations through better processes and standardized review practices. We're looking for someone who enjoys improving the work of others through thoughtful feedback and operational excellence. Responsibilities Review grant proposals before submission. Review scientific manuscripts and research reports. Evaluate research methodology and statistical analyses. Review evidence supporting product and program development. Ensure scientific quality across deliverables. Provide constructive feedback to researchers and writers. Create SOPs, templates, and review frameworks. Improve research workflows and documentation standards. Identify recurring process improvements across the organization. What We're Looking For Required: PhD in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science, Neuroscience, Public Health, or a closely related field. Strong research methodology experience. Experience reviewing scientific writing. Experience with grant writing or grant review. Strong understanding of statistics and research design. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to provide thoughtful, detailed feedback. Preferred: Published research. Experience with NIH, CIHR, NSF, or similar grant funding. Experience leading research operations. Experience building scientific processes or SOPs. Startup or digital health experience. What Success Looks Like Higher quality scientific deliverables. Stronger grant submissions.
