Script / Sketch Writer for Social Media Mini-series

We’re looking for a skit/sketch writer to help develop and write a recurring mini content series for a growing fashion brand. The ultimate goal is to use storytelling and entertainment to build a genuine connection with our audience while naturally creating interest in and ultimately selling the brand’s products. We want the content to feel like something people genuinely want to watch - not simply an advertisement. This would be a long-term, recurring role, not a one-time project, and we’re looking for someone who can collaborate with us as the series evolves. The role would involve helping shape the overall concept, story arc, characters, tone, and direction of the series, as well as developing the specifics of each episode. You would then turn those ideas into individual scripts that are engaging, entertaining, and emotionally impactful. We’re looking for someone who understands that the content doesn’t necessarily have to be purely comedic. The scripts should be able to be funny, serious, dramatic, or thought-provoking depending on the story, with the ultimate goal of making viewers feel something, connect with the characters, and want to keep watching. Responsibilities - Develop the overall concept, story arc, characters, and tone of the series - Brainstorm episode concepts and storylines - Write individual episode scripts, including dialogue and scenes - Balance comedy, storytelling, and emotion - Naturally integrate the fashion brand and products into the content - Collaborate on revisions and creative direction - Help create content optimized for short-form/social media Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a strong storyteller and comedy writer who can create engaging characters, dialogue, and narratives that are funny, serious, or emotional depending on the story. Experience with skits, sketches, short-form content, television, comedy, or serialized storytelling is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is collaborative, open to experimentation, and interested in building a long-term creative relationship. We want someone who can help the series evolve over time and understand how to create entertaining content that builds a genuine connection with the audience while supporting the fashion brand and its products.
