Responsibilities Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels and TikTok videos Create strong hooks within the first 2–3 seconds Research trending topics related to: Insurance Personal Finance Investing TFSA RRSP FHSA Retirement Planning Life Insurance Travel & Visitor Insurance Super Visa Insurance Business Insurance Turn complex financial and insurance topics into simple, easy-to-understand content Write scripts that are educational, conversational, and engaging Create storytelling-based scripts using real-life situations and examples Suggest strong video titles, hooks, captions, and CTAs Keep up with Instagram and TikTok content trends Help generate new content ideas regularly Script Requirements Each script should include: Strong Hook – Grab attention immediately Problem or Situation – Create relevance for the audience Main Educational Content – Explain the topic simply Example or Story – When appropriate Strong Ending / CTA – Encourage engagement without being overly sales-focused Scripts should generally be between 30 and 90 seconds, depending on the topic.
