Scroll snap on wordpress

Summary

I have a scroll snap that works for Desktop mouse scroll but has a glitch on touchpad for laptops when scrolling down or up with two fingers on touchpad. However desktop scroll might not be perfect. Just need a scroll snap that works for touchpad and mouse wheel on regular mouse for desktop. Can use wordpress plugin or custom code. Will provide a url for testing site and show what I currently have
