Boutique clean energy M&A advisory firm needs a secure research portal built on our domain. You will build an interactive environmental commodities dashboard from a written spec we provide — registry-flow charts, a scenario-toggled NPV screen, and a Black-76 option pricing calculator — using public-source data. The authentication is the hard part: the gate must run server-side before any asset is served, so the JavaScript bundle and JSON data files return 401 to an unauthenticated request, not just the HTML. Two named accounts, hashed credentials, session management, password reset, rate limiting. Strong React/TypeScript, web application security, and data visualization experience required. Two further phases — a website refresh and an inquiry chatbot — will follow as separate contracts.
