Seedance Video Production Training

Summary

Type: Short-term contract, remote Format: Live sessions (Zoom / Google Meet) plus recorded Looms we can reference later Start: ASAP What we need We are launching a daily AI video pipeline built on Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 (via Atlas Cloud API) and want someone who has already done this at volume to get us set up and trained. Not general AI video theory. A working pipeline, specific to our three formats, that our team can run without you after the engagement ends. Target output: 1 to 3 vertical videos per day across 3 brands in the sports betting / handicapping space. Distribution is YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. Vertical only, 9:16. Cost per video matters. We plan to generate at scale, so we need a workflow that hits quality on the first or second render, not the sixth. The three formats Style 1: Green screen talking-head overlay on IG video Reference: https://www.facebook.com/share/r/19XiSCi7Kq/ * We provide the subject image and the studio backdrop * Host is keyed over an existing IG clip * Character must look identical shot to shot, day to day Style 2: Street poller interviews Reference: https://www.instagram.com/streetpoller * We provide questions, answers, body language notes, and setting * Consistent host across every episode; interviewees can vary * Natural street setting and camera feel Style 3: Close-up talking head, split screen with live clip Reference: https://www.instagram.com/reel/Da3kmSjtG1m/ * We provide the talking-head image, script, and the live clip * Host on one half, live footage on the other * Consistent host Non-negotiables 1. Character consistency. Same face, same build, same wardrobe, same voice, every video, across three separate hosts (one per brand). Show us how you lock identity with reference assets and how you catch drift before it ships. 2. Clean audio. Natural-sounding dialogue. No buzz, metallic ring, robotic cadence, or lip-sync slop. If Seedance native audio does not meet the bar for a given format, tell us what does and how it fits the pipeline. 3. Daily scripting. A repeatable process for turning a daily script into a finished render with minimal manual prompting. Prompt templates per format, not one-off prompts. 4. Efficiency. Batch generation, reject/retry logic, and a cost model we can actually predict. 5. Viral script sourcing. We do not write from scratch. We pull scripts from content already performing in the market, extract the hook, structure, and pacing, and rebuild it for our hosts and niche. We need a workflow for this: pulling transcripts from Reels, TikToks, and Shorts, breaking down why they worked, and feeding that into the daily script template. Tooling for transcript extraction and a swipe file system are part of the setup. Our preferred stack * Claude Code for orchestration: script ingestion, prompt assembly, API calls, batching, file handling * Atlas Cloud for Seedance API access (Fast vs Standard tier selection is part of what we want you to advise on) * Open to your recommendations on captioning, upscaling, and audio cleanup tools if they beat what Seedance does natively If you think a different provider or model beats this stack on cost or consistency for our formats, make the case. We are not married to it. We are married to cheap, consistent, and daily. Deliverables * Live kickoff and working sessions with our team * Three tested prompt templates (one per format) with reference asset packs * Character bible per host: reference images, voice reference, wardrobe notes, known failure modes * Claude Code workflow or scripts that take a script file and produce a render-ready batch * Script extraction workflow: source video URL in, transcript and breakdown out, adapted script ready for the prompt template * Written SOP the team can follow without you * Cost-per-video estimate by format and quality tier * Recordings of every session You should have * Shipped real Seedance 2.x output, ideally on a recurring schedule, not just demos * Direct experience with multimodal reference inputs for identity locking * Experience with Atlas Cloud or a comparable API aggregator * Comfort working alongside a Claude Code based workflow (or a clear opinion on what you would use instead) * Short-form vertical content sense. You know what survives on Reels and TikTok. In your proposal... ...include your experience and following: 1. Two or three Seedance clips you produced, with the same character appearing in more than one 2. Two or three sentences on how you handle character drift and audio quality 3. Availability over the next 30 days Start your proposal with "Regarding Seedance" at the top of your proposal so we know you read this. Proposals without Seedance samples will not be considered.
