Seeking CPA, M&A Attorney & Hospitality Advisor – Texas Expansion Project

We are currently working on a Texas, USA Hospitality Expansion Project, where our Dubai-based parent company is exploring opportunities to establish a presence in the United States and acquire and operate hotels across Texas, with an initial focus on Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, as foreign investors from Dubai. As part of this expansion, we are looking to connect with an experienced Texas-based CPA, M&A attorney, business advisor, or hospitality investment professional with expertise in areas such as: Foreign-owned U.S. businesses International and cross-border taxation Corporate and entity structuring Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Hospitality and hotel acquisitions Commercial real estate investments U.S. corporate compliance Financial and tax planning for foreign investors Initially, this would be a consulting/freelance engagement, where we are seeking professional guidance on U.S. company formation, tax planning, corporate structuring, M&A transactions, regulatory compliance, banking, and the financial and legal aspects of entering the U.S. hospitality market.
