Seeking a Certified Public Accountant, Bookkeeper, CFO

We are looking for a serious, responsive CPA / Tax Strategist to work with us long term across two businesses: a hair salon and a growing e-commerce business. We are based in Florida. We need proactive help with: Tax-saving strategies Quarterly tax projections S-Corp compensation planning Retirement strategies Hiring children in the business Entity and multi-business tax planning Deductions and beauty industry-specific strategies We also need oversight and management of QuickBooks Online (keeping the books clean) We are also ideally looking for a Fractional CFO someone who has the expertise to develop cash flow forecasting, not just using AI. Budgeting and KPI tracking and growth planning. We have spent the last 12 weeks trying to find the right CPA, and unfortunately the last two became inconsistent or unresponsive. Reliability, communication, and proactive guidance are extremely important to us. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship. Thank you!
