Seeking a Full-Stack Developer

Tendopay is a US-based fintech startup building a SaaS platform for lending and financial operations teams. Our goal is to help businesses manage customer onboarding, compliance, payments, CRM, reporting, and financial data through one secure and easy-to-use platform. The platform will combine KYC/KYB verification, AML screening, payment processing, subscription billing, role-based dashboards, and an AI-powered copilot that helps users understand their authorized financial data. We are now looking for a senior full-stack developer to help us take our MVP to production. You’ll work directly with the Tendopay team, contribute to technical and product decisions, and own features from architecture through deployment. We like the clean and professional experience of modern fintech and RegTech platforms, but we are not looking to copy their product or design. What you’ll work on • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture and role-based access control. • CRM and dashboards for administrators, operations teams, and customers. • KYC/KYB and AML integrations, such as Sumsub or similar providers. • Stripe and ACH payments, subscriptions, webhooks, and reconciliation. • AI copilot with RAG over authorized financial data. • Security, audit logging, data integrity, and compliance-aware workflows. • AWS deployment, Docker, CI/CD, performance improvements, and bug fixes. • Preparing Tendopay for a reliable production launch. Required experience • React, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Node.js, FastAPI, or a similar backend framework. • PostgreSQL and relational data modeling. • Multi-tenant SaaS applications. • Stripe or other payment integrations. • AI/LLM integrations, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools. • AWS, Docker, and CI/CD. • Experience handling sensitive or compliance-related data. • Clear communication and realistic technical estimates. Nice to have • KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions screening, or transaction-monitoring experience. • Lending, loan origination, wallet, ledger, or financial reporting experience. • PCI DSS, SOC 2, or audit logging experience. • Experience taking a fintech MVP into production. • React Native or Flutter experience.
