Seeking Licensed CPA / ABV / CVA / ASA for Long-Term Valuation Collaboration

I am an economist and M&A analyst specializing in financial modeling, business valuation, and transaction advisory. I am seeking a long-term partnership with a duly licensed valuation professional (CPA / ABV / CVA / ASA) to review and collaborate on projects requiring an independent, certified opinion. My role focuses on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and report drafting, while the reviewing professional would independently evaluate the work, provide technical feedback, and participate in cases where a certified opinion is required. Your work will consist of: Quickly analyzing the project scope and, ultimately, co-signing the Valuation Report with me—whether for an LBO, valuation, business plan, or any other model we create. This role does not require extensive technical work; a baseline level of expertise suffices. We need certified professionals willing to sign documents and review data. Payment will be structured in two ways: 1) Per Project Analysis: You will be allotted 1 to 2 hours to analyze a project and write a summary/commentary on it. The project will then be returned, reviewed, and ready for signature. 2) Per Joint Signature: Each joint signature will pay between $50 and $100. Larger projects will command higher compensation. Your job will not involve building extensive models or similar tasks; instead, your role will be to review and correct work when necessary. Some clients appreciate having the model explained or having the scope of work presented in the introduction. You may occasionally need to communicate directly with the client.
