Senior AI Automation Engineer (Retell AI, Make.com, Google Ads & ServiceM8)

Senior AI Automation Engineer – Finish Existing AI System (Make.com, Retell AI, ServiceM8 & Google Ads) I am looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to take over and complete an AI automation system that is already well advanced. The previous developer spent around 80 hours on the project over three weeks. While much has been built, the project has not been completed and I now need someone experienced who can take ownership, audit the existing work, finish the implementation, and provide ongoing support. About the business I own an Australian electrical contracting business that specialises in smoke alarm compliance. Major smoke alarm legislation changes are coming into effect in Queensland in approximately five months, so this system needs to be completed quickly and correctly. Current system Most of the foundation has already been built, including: Make.com automations Retell AI voice agent ServiceM8 integration API integrations Google Workspace integrations AI workflows This is not a project starting from scratch. Immediate priorities Your first objective is to review the existing work and have the complete system operational as soon as possible. This includes: Audit existing automations Review and improve Make.com scenarios Complete Retell AI voice agent Ensure ServiceM8 integration works correctly Verify all API connections Test end-to-end workflow Fix bugs and incomplete functionality Restore and optimise Google Ads conversion tracking Review Google Analytics and reporting Ensure all leads flow correctly through the system Ongoing work After completion, I would like an ongoing relationship for approximately 2–3 hours per week to: Monitor automations Improve AI prompts Optimise workflows Expand features Keep Google Ads and analytics working correctly Continue improving the system Essential experience Please only apply if you have strong experience with most of the following: Make.com Retell AI API integrations ServiceM8 Google Ads Google Analytics AI automation Workflow automation Prompt engineering Debugging complex automation systems To be considered Please answer the following: Describe a similar AI automation project you have completed.
