Senior Brand Mock-up & Visual Designer

Ideas Marketing Agency is looking for a highly skilled visual designer who specialises in creating premium, photorealistic brand mock-ups and campaign visuals. We already have the brands, identities and creative assets. Your role is to make them look exceptional. What we need We want someone who can take our completed branding projects and create high-end visual presentations that bring each brand to life. This could include: Packaging and product mock-ups Signage and environmental branding Billboards and outdoor advertising Vehicle branding Uniforms and merchandise Business cards and stationery Digital screens and devices Website and app presentations Social media applications Retail and hospitality environments Building signage Editorial and print applications Branded objects and products Large-format campaign visuals Conceptual brand applications The work needs to feel realistic, considered and art-directed rather than simply placing a logo onto a Photoshop template. Social Media A major part of this role will be creating visual content from our existing brand projects for Ideas Marketing Agency's social channels. We want each project to become a library of strong visual assets rather than a single case study. For example, one branding project might produce: 10–20 individual social assets 4:5 Instagram and LinkedIn posts 9:16 Story and Reel assets Carousel imagery Campaign hero images Detail shots Before-and-after brand presentations Website case study imagery You should understand how to build a visual sequence so a brand can be revealed across multiple posts while still feeling like one campaign. What we'll provide Ideas Marketing Agency will supply the completed brand assets, including relevant logos, brand guidelines, colours, typography, packaging artwork, photography and existing creative. You will use those assets to develop the presentation and mock-up concepts. You are not being hired to redesign our brands. Your job is to present the existing work at an exceptional level. What we're looking for You should have a portfolio demonstrating strong experience in: Brand identity presentation Photorealistic mock-ups Photoshop compositing Art direction Image retouching 3D or CGI mock-ups where appropriate Generative AI for commercial visual production Lighting, shadows, textures and perspective Social media creative Brand case studies Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and relevant 3D or AI image-generation tools is highly regarded. Quality Benchmark We're looking for work that feels like it belongs on the websites and social channels of leading international branding agencies. Attention to lighting, materials, scale, composition and context matters. We do not want generic downloadable mock-up templates with our logos dropped into them.
