We are looking for a talented Senior Video Editor and Content Creator who is highly experienced with CapCut and can transform raw video clips into polished, professional, and engaging content. The Ideal Candidate You are more than someone who simply cuts video clips together. You understand storytelling, pacing, branding, audience retention, and how to make educational content interesting. You should be able to take raw footage, organize it, identify the strongest moments, and turn it into finished content that looks professional and is ready to publish. Responsibilities • Edit raw video footage into professional short-form and long-form content • Create videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Turn technical healthcare and IT topics into engaging educational videos • Add captions, titles, transitions, graphics, sound effects, and background music • Remove pauses, mistakes, filler words, and unnecessary sections • Create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds • Follow our company’s branding, colors, fonts, and visual style • Repurpose longer videos into multiple short-form clips • Improve audio quality, lighting, color, framing, and overall presentation • Recommend creative ideas that can improve engagement and audience retention • Deliver completed videos in the correct size and format for each platform • Organize project files and meet agreed-upon deadlines Required Qualifications • Advanced experience using CapCut • Strong portfolio of professionally edited social media content • Experience editing educational, business, technology, or healthcare-related videos • Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention • Strong English communication and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and follow creative direction • Ability to turn raw, unorganized footage into polished finished content • Knowledge of current social media video styles and best practices • Reliable communication and consistent turnaround times Preferred Qualifications • Experience creating content for healthcare, dental, technology, or professional-service companies • Experience editing podcasts, interviews, talking-head videos, testimonials, and promotional videos • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar creative tools • Experience creating thumbnails and social media graphics • Understanding of content strategy and social media marketing Types of Content You Will Create • Educational technology videos • Dental and healthcare IT tips • Cybersecurity awareness content • Practice startup and installation videos • Client testimonials • Project highlights and behind-the-scenes content • Company announcements • Promotional videos • Short-form social media clips • Longer interviews and podcast-style videos
