Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize a reliable enterprise contact center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience with UCCE/PCCE architecture, Cisco collaboration technologies, intelligent call routing, and system integrations. Key responsibilities include: - Assess business and technical requirements and design scalable UCCE/PCCE solutions. - Configure and maintain CUCM, CVP/IVR, Peripheral Gateways, Cisco Finesse, and related components. - Develop and optimize intelligent contact routing scripts and call flows. - Configure media servers, prompts, queues, agent desktops, and reporting components. - Integrate the contact center with CRM platforms, databases, APIs, and third party applications. - Conduct system testing, performance validation, troubleshooting, and failover testing. - Develop migration and cutover plans with minimal disruption to operations. - Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post deployment support. - Monitor system health and recommend improvements for reliability, scalability, and performance. Required qualifications: - Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise UCCE or PCCE environments. - Strong knowledge of CUCM, CVP, IVR, Cisco Finesse, Peripheral Gateways, and routing scripts. - Experience with high availability architecture, disaster recovery, and failover planning. - Familiarity with CRM, database, API, and third party contact center integrations. - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. During the interview, candidates must be prepared to present a previous UCCE deployment, explain the architecture they designed, describe their individual responsibilities, and discuss the implementation challenges and results.
