I need a senior-level E-commerce Architect, SEO Specialist, and Systems Expert to audit my Etsy setup, ensure my Gelato integration is flawless, and build a commercial-grade Shopify B2B store. You must be an Excel/Google Sheets specialist capable of designing a master inventory tracking system, possess strong SEO expertise to drive organic discoverability, and be able to provide comprehensive, clear training so I can fully manage and update everything independently after launch. Scope of Work: Master Inventory Tracking System (Excel / Google Sheets): Design and build a structured, dynamic tracking document in Excel or Google Sheets. Catalog tracking must account for individual pieces of art/photography, SKU management, platform mapping (Etsy vs. Shopify), Gelato product IDs, sizing variants, pricing tiers, and descriptions. Etsy SEO & Technical Audit: SEO Strategy: Deep-dive keyword research tailored to fine art collectors and interior designers. Optimize all titles, attributes, and tags to maximize search visibility. Technical Integration: Audit Gelato POD product mapping (handling variants) and calibrate shipping profiles to match Gelato’s real-world rates for fragile art vs. flat goods. Shopify B2B Architecture (Upcoming Phase): Build a minimalist, gallery-style Shopify storefront optimized for retail and high-volume commercial/trade sales (hotels, corporate, medical). Implement B2B functionality (bulk inquiry/quote forms, trade catalog structure). Multi-Platform SEO: Execute an SEO strategy that ensures both the Etsy shop and Shopify store are indexed correctly and work harmoniously. Gelato & Inventory Sync: Ensure seamless, automated syncing between Shopify, Etsy, and Gelato, bridging data directly from our master tracking system. Post-Launch Training & Hand-Off: Conduct structured training sessions (with recorded video walkthroughs) on how to add new art listings, update inventory via our master sheet, manage incoming orders, and handle basic maintenance on both Etsy and Shopify independently. Mandatory Candidate Requirements: Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Proven ability to build clean, formula-driven inventory tracking systems in Excel or Google Sheets for product catalogs.
