Senior Content Writer - AI-Assisted SEO Articles

We are looking for an experienced Content Writer to join our team on a long-term basis and take ownership of the production and final quality of SEO link-building articles. The majority of our content supports clients in the iGaming industry, including online casino and sports betting, so you must be comfortable working with this vertical. This is not a traditional writing role where every article is manually written from a blank page. We have built a structured, AI-assisted production system with a detailed internal workflow. AI supports the production process, but the quality, direction and final outcome of each article depend on human judgment. You will be responsible for shaping what the article becomes, not simply reviewing what the AI produces. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will take ownership of AI-assisted SEO articles from the initial brief through to a publication-ready final version. Your work will include: - Developing strong article ideas, angles and structures - Directing AI tools throughout the production process - Applying strong human judgment to the content produced - Following a detailed internal workflow accurately and consistently - Researching and fact-checking where required - Identifying and correcting weak, inaccurate or irrelevant content - Ensuring each article meets our quality and project requirements before completion - Working with Google Docs, Google Sheets and other internal and AI-based tools AI-ASSISTED, HUMAN-LED We are not looking for someone who simply enters a prompt, receives an article and considers the work finished. Our system handles much of the production work, but the person in this role remains responsible for the decisions that determine whether the final article is genuinely good. You should be comfortable using AI as a production tool while maintaining your own judgment, curiosity and quality standards throughout the process. iGAMING & MULTILINGUAL CONTENT The majority of the articles we produce support iGaming clients, particularly online casino and sports betting brands. Previous iGaming experience is useful, but it is not required. Strong content judgment, research ability and the ability to learn our system are more important. You must, however, be comfortable working regularly with iGaming-related topics. Our articles are produced in both English and non-English languages. English is the working language of our team and production systems. You are not expected to personally speak every language in which articles are produced. Our system is designed to support multilingual content production. Knowledge of additional languages is welcome, but not a must. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR This is an experienced-level role. Relevant backgrounds may include: - Content writing - SEO content - Journalism - Research-driven content - Copywriting - Content editing More importantly, you should be someone who: - Has excellent written English - Has exceptional attention to detail - Has strong judgment about what makes an article genuinely good - Can follow a detailed process accurately and consistently - Can evaluate an article's angle, structure, logic and information, not just its wording - Naturally notices inconsistencies and weaknesses that others may overlook - Knows how to research unfamiliar topics effectively - Questions information rather than automatically accepting something because it sounds convincing - Is comfortable working with AI while remaining responsible for the quality of the final result - Is comfortable with structured and sometimes repetitive production work - Can work independently while communicating well with a team - Takes ownership of completed work THIS ROLE MAY NOT BE A GOOD FIT IF - You are specifically looking for a traditional writing role where you personally write every article from scratch - You rely on AI to generate content and are comfortable submitting the output without closely questioning or refining it - You tend to treat detailed workflows as flexible guidelines rather than processes to be followed carefully - Repetitive production or QA work causes your attention to slip - You are comfortable signing off work that is simply "good enough" - You are uncomfortable working regularly with online casino or sports betting content THE ROLE This is a substantial, ongoing, long-term position for someone who wants to become a meaningful part of a growing team. Our SEO link-building operation is expanding, and we expect the content team to grow with it. For the right person, there will be genuine opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the company grows. You will receive detailed training on our workflow, tools and quality standards, so you are not expected to arrive already knowing our system. What matters is bringing the judgment, precision, curiosity, research ability and ownership needed to learn it well and produce consistently strong work.
