# Senior Hair & Scalp R&D Formulation Scientist / Cosmetic Chemist I am looking for a **highly experienced formulation scientist or cosmetic chemist with specialist expertise in hair and scalp biology, advanced cosmetic actives, peptides and leave-on treatment development**. This is a premium hair/scalp product. I am specifically looking for someone with deep technical expertise, not a general cosmetic consultant, private-label supplier or freelancer who mainly works from standard formulation templates.
