We’re building a serious team to scale our Christian books ecommerce brand to $1M/month. We’re not looking for beginners, generalists, or “AI-only” script writers. We’re looking for real creative strategists who understand direct response principles, customer psychology, and high volume testing, and can actually produce work that converts. Who This Is For: Apply only if you: • Have scripted ads that managed or contributed to $100,000+ in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad spend • Have strong understanding of direct response marketing • Have created video ad scripts, static ads, native image ads, UGC concepts, and VSL-style creatives • Understand buyer psychology deeply • Can clearly explain the “why” behind winning ads • Can produce consistent, high quality concepts at volume • Think like a founder, not just an executor If you only rely only on AI to generate scripts without understanding the thinking behind them, this is not for you. What You’ll Be Doing: • Deep research into customer psychology, beliefs, and objections • Competitor ad breakdowns and identifying gaps • Developing concepts weekly • Writing video ad scripts, Static ad concepts, Native image ads • Creating clear creative briefs for editors and creators • Analyzing performance and iterating based on data + psychology • Working closely with the founder to scale winning creatives What Success Looks Like: • Ads that actually convert, not just “look good” • Ability to find and scale winning angles • Consistent creative output at volume • Strong thinking backed by execution Compensation: • Base + performance-based incentives (we reward results) • Flexible structure based on output and impact • Long-term opportunity as we scale aggressively If you focus on what needs to be done (quality work with quantity), we will also introduce you to other brands in the future and other brand opportunities and collaborations.
