Senior Cyber Security Architect – Cloud Security Architecture – 9 Months in Bengaluru, India /Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Architect / Sub-Domain Lead to strengthen the cyber engineering capabilities within our domain. The role will be responsible for leading two cyber security sub-domains, working closely with engineering teams to ensure secure architecture and implementation of security controls across platforms. A strong focus will be on cloud security architecture, threat modeling, and penetration testing activities to identify and mitigate risks early in the development lifecycle. The role will also support engineering teams in implementing security best practices across Azure and GCP environments. Understanding of SAP infrastructure and SAP landscape security will be an added advantage. The scope of the consultant services is to assist in: Leading and coordinating cyber security initiatives across two sub-domains. Designing and implementing secure cloud architectures, particularly on Azure and GCP. Ensuring secure design and implementation for APIs, interfaces, and integrations across platforms. Conducting and facilitating threat modeling sessions as part of the secure design process. Supporting engineering teams in adopting security best practices and secure development practices. Implementing and guiding teams on GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) and secure coding practices. Driving cyber security and privacy compliance, ensuring solutions align with enterprise security standards. Collaborating with stakeholders and tracking security deliverables using Jira. Providing technical guidance and strong communication to engineering and product teams. Understanding of SAP infrastructure and SAP security architecture will be an added advantage. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in cyber security, cloud security, or security engineering roles. Strong expertise in cloud security architecture with hands-on experience (must-have) in Azure and GCP. Deep understanding of API security, integration security, and secure interface design (must-have). Hands-on experience in threat modeling methodologies (must-have) and ability to identify security risks at architecture and design level. Good understanding of penetration testing practices including vulnerability analysis and remediation guidance. Experience with GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) and secure development practices. Knowledge of security frameworks, cyber controls, and privacy practices. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile environments and managing work through Jira. Experience or understanding of AI/ML security risks and secure adoption of AI solutions. Understanding of SAP infrastructure, SAP landscape architecture, or SAP security concepts is an added advantage. Most important: Strong cloud security architecture expertise (Azure & GCP). Hands-on experience in threat modeling and Cloud Security Architecture. Deep understanding of API/integration security and ability to work closely with engineering teams. Knowledge of SAP infrastructure/security is a strong added advantage. Practical Information: Duration: Initial period from 11-08-2026 to 31-05-2027 with option to extend. Working hours: 40 hours per week. Work setup: Hybrid setup with 2–3 days onsite per week in Malmö Area or 1–2 days onsite per week in Bengaluru.
