Senior DTC Video Editor

We’re looking for a Senior DTC Video Editor to join our team full-time and help us create high-performing Meta video ads for our e-commerce brand. What you’ll do: - Edit performance-driven DTC/Meta ads - Lead, train, and support a team of video editors - Review editors’ work and provide feedback - Help improve our editing processes and creative output - Have a calls with your team + video editing team Requirements: - Strong experience editing DTC / Meta ads - Previous experience leading or training video editors - Strong understanding of direct-response creative - Excellent attention to detail and creative judgment - Full-time availability: 6 AM–2 PM EST - Experience with wellness/e-commerce or supplement brands is a big plus IMPORTANT: You must provide a portfolio showing Meta ads you personally edited. Please also include: - Number of editors you’ve led/trained - DTC/e-commerce brands you’ve worked with - Your Meta ad editing experience Applications without relevant Meta ad examples will not be considered.
