Senior Data Center / GPU Infrastructure Engineer – Greenfield GPUaaS Build

We are building a medium-scale GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) data center and are looking for a senior, hands-on infrastructure engineer to help take the project from greenfield deployment to production. Server/GPU specifications are being finalized and upstream connectivity will be provided. We need someone who can own the technical infrastructure implementation, not just provide high-level consulting. Responsibilities Design and configure data center network architecture Edge/core/ToR or leaf-spine switching BGP, VLANs, routing, redundancy and network segmentation Out-of-band and management networks Deploy and configure bare-metal GPU servers Linux, NVIDIA drivers, CUDA and GPU validation High-speed GPU networking InfiniBand, RoCE/RDMA and 100/200/400GbE where applicable Storage architecture and networking Kubernetes and/or Slurm GPU orchestration Security and tenant isolation Monitoring, logging and infrastructure automation Ideal Experience We are particularly interested in engineers with hands-on experience in: Greenfield data center builds GPU/HPC infrastructure NVIDIA/Mellanox networking InfiniBand or RoCE/RDMA High-speed leaf-spine networks Linux and bare-metal deployment Kubernetes/Slurm NVIDIA GPU infrastructure Ansible/Terraform Multi-tenant infrastructure This is a hands-on technical role. We need someone comfortable working across: Network → switches → bare metal → Linux → GPUs → storage → orchestration → production Previous experience actually building GPU clusters, AI infrastructure, HPC environments, or GPU cloud platforms is highly preferred.
