Senior UX/UI & Digital Client Journey Consultant – Independent Website Review

As part of DCE Global Ltd's rebranding and future growth strategy, a new website is currently in beta and undergoing final review before launch. We are seeking an experienced UX/UI & Digital Client Journey Consultant to independently review the website and integrated digital forms to help ensure a professional, intuitive and client-friendly experience, a clear customer journey, and a strong first impression for prospective clients. Scope includes: • Website presentation, professionalism and visual consistency • UX/UI, navigation and usability • Typography, colours, fonts, layouts, visual presentation and readability • Mobile, tablet and desktop user experience • Digital forms, including content, wording, structure, clarity, ease of completion and client-friendliness • End-to-end client journeys • Usability, friction points, trust signals and conversion opportunities Deliverable A concise, prioritised report identifying Critical, Recommended and Optional improvements. Important This is strictly an independent website review and advisory assignment and not a website design, development, SEO or implementation project. DCE has an existing Website Design, Development & SEO Lead who remains responsible for all website design, development, SEO and implementation activities. The successful consultant will independently review the website and provide recommendations only. Recommendations will be considered by DCE and, where approved, implemented by the Website Design, Development & SEO Lead. The consultant will work collaboratively with DCE and the Website Design, Development & SEO Lead to discuss and clarify recommendations where required. The consultant will not be responsible for design, development, implementation, project management or supervision. Access to the beta website will be provided to shortlisted applicants.
