Summary

The Role We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketer who lives and breathes Google Ads and writes like a native English speaker. Someone who can take full ownership of paid search accounts, from strategy and structure through daily optimization and reporting, and who can also produce the content that makes those campaigns convert: landing page copy, blog posts, and supporting marketing content. Google Ads is the core of this role; strong content skills are what will make you exceptional at it. This is a behind-the-scenes execution and strategy role. You will not present to clients or sit in client meetings. Instead, you'll be the engine behind our campaigns: building, optimizing, analyzing, and packaging insights so clearly that our U.S.-based account managers can walk into client meetings with confidence. Your work speaks through the numbers and through crisp, well-written internal reporting. You'll manage paid campaigns across a portfolio of U.S.-based B2B and B2C clients in industries like IT/cybersecurity, insurance, financial services, healthcare, and home services. Each account has different goals, budgets, and conversion economics. You'll learn those differences and manage each account like it's your own money. What You'll Do Own Google Ads End to End Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing) across multiple client accounts with monthly budgets of $5,000+ Own account structure: campaign architecture, ad groups, keyword strategy, match types, negative keyword management, and audience segmentation Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy in clear, natural English Manage bidding strategies, budget pacing, and quality score optimization to maximize ROI Run structured A/B tests on copy, landing pages, and bidding approaches, and document what you learn Analyze and Report Monitor performance daily across GA4, Google Ads, and Google Search Console Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking (including GTM-based tracking and offline conversion imports where needed) Translate raw performance data into clear written insights and recommendations that account managers can relay directly to clients Prepare monthly performance summaries: what happened, why it happened, and what we're doing next Create Supporting Content Write landing page copy, ad copy variations, and conversion-focused website content that aligns with each client's brand voice Produce SEO-informed blog posts and service page content that supports paid campaign themes and keyword strategy Draft email and remarketing copy for lead nurture sequences tied to your campaigns Adapt tone and voice across clients and industries. Content for a cybersecurity firm should not read like content for a home services company. Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, but deliver content that sounds like a skilled human wrote it, because one did Support Integrated Strategy Coordinate paid search strategy with our SEO and content teams so organic and paid efforts reinforce each other Conduct keyword and competitive research to identify growth opportunities across both paid and organic channels Flag landing page and website issues that limit campaign performance, with specific recommendations Communicate Proactively (Internally) Surface problems early: budget anomalies, tracking breaks, performance dips, policy disapprovals Keep your account managers informed without being prompted. If something changed in an account, they should hear it from you first. Write clearly. Your Slack messages, reports, and documentation should be as sharp as your campaigns. Strong written English is essential in this role. Who You Are You're a Google Ads expert. 5+ years in digital marketing with deep, hands-on Google Ads experience. You've personally managed accounts with $5,000+ monthly budgets from strategy through optimization, and you can point to the results. You think in ROI. You don't optimize for clicks or impressions. You optimize for cost per qualified lead and return on ad spend, and you can explain the difference in your sleep. You're data-fluent. GA4, Google Ads reporting, Search Console, spreadsheets. You can find the story in the data and explain it in plain English. Your written English is excellent, full stop. Not "good for a second language." Your writing is clear, natural, idiomatic, and free of the small tells that make copy feel off to a U.S. audience. This will be assessed rigorously at every stage of the hiring process. You're a genuinely strong content writer. Beyond ad copy, you can write a blog post, a landing page, or an email sequence that reads like a skilled marketer wrote it. You understand voice, flow, and structure, and you adapt them per client. You're self-directed. Give you an account, a budget, and a goal, and you'll come back with a plan and results. You don't need hand-holding, and you work well independently on a U.S. schedule. You're detail-obsessed. Tracking pixels, UTM parameters, conversion actions, budget caps. The small things that break campaigns don't get past you. You're AI-open. You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate research, copy iteration, and analysis, but your judgment drives every decision. Qualifications 5+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns Demonstrated experience managing ad accounts with budgets of $5,000+ per month from start to finish Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how paid and organic strategies interact Demonstrated content writing ability: blog posts, landing pages, or marketing copy for English-speaking (ideally U.S.) audiences, with samples Near-native written English. This is a hard requirement and will be assessed through a writing sample, a timed writing exercise, and interviews. Based in Metro Manila, Philippines, with reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup Able to work full-time on U.S. Eastern Time (approx. 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT) Preferred Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or LinkedIn Ads Experience working with U.S.-based agencies or clients Familiarity with CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, MailChimp, Klaviyo) Experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail or similar) How We'll Measure Success During your first 90 days, we'll be looking at: Account performance: Are CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS trending in the right direction on the accounts you own? Tracking integrity: Is conversion tracking accurate and complete across your accounts? Reporting quality: Can account managers take your written insights into client meetings without rework? Content quality: Does your copy and content sound natural, on-brand, and ready to publish with minimal editing? Target is approval in one revision round or fewer after initial ramp-up. Proactive communication: Do we hear about problems from you before we discover them ourselves? Reliability: Do you meet deadlines, keep your queue clean, and hold your schedule consistently? Reporting and Growth Reports to: Director of Marketing Collaborates with: U.S.-based account managers, SEO team, content team Review cadence: Weekly 1:1 during first 60 days, biweekly thereafter Compensation: $10 – $15 USD per hour, 40 hours per week About 321 Web Marketing 321 Web Marketing is an inbound lead strategy agency.
