# AI Agent & DevOps Engineer — AI Factory ## Summary We are looking for an experienced **AI Agent & DevOps Engineer** to help us improve our internal AI Development Factory, build advanced AI-powered features, and strengthen the infrastructure and CI/CD systems supporting our development and deployment workflows. This is a **full-time, hands-on engineering position** combining AI agents, software engineering, automation, CI/CD and DevOps. **Position:** Full-time **Budget:** Around **$1,500/month**, depending on experience **First step:** $100 paid POC We are looking for someone interested in a **long-term collaboration** who can progressively become highly autonomous and take ownership of key parts of our AI Factory and infrastructure. ## What you will work on ### AI Development Factory Our internal Factory uses AI agents to help us design, generate, review, test and improve software applications. You will help us: * Improve AI agents used throughout the software development lifecycle * Improve code generation, code review and testing agents * Design and improve agent orchestration and workflows * Improve context and memory management between agents * Improve agent reliability, performance and output quality * Reduce unnecessary execution time and token usage * Improve automated testing and validation of generated code * Make the Factory increasingly autonomous and production-ready ### Advanced AI Features You will also contribute to AI capabilities integrated directly into our applications: * AI assistants able to understand application and business data * Assistants able to execute actions through tools and APIs * Smart action suggestion systems based on application context * Agent orchestration across different application features * AI-powered business workflows * Human-in-the-loop validation systems * Reusable agent capabilities that can be deployed across multiple applications ### CI/CD, DevOps & Infrastructure A significant part of the role will also involve improving the infrastructure supporting our Factory and applications: * Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines * Automate build, test and deployment workflows * Improve deployment reliability and observability * Work with Docker and containerized environments * Maintain and improve staging and production environments * Improve automated testing within CI/CD pipelines * Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues * Build and improve monitoring for applications, deployments and services * Help make the development → testing → deployment lifecycle increasingly automated The objective is to create a reliable environment where AI agents can not only generate software, but also **test, validate and participate in the delivery process safely and efficiently**. ## Profile We are looking for strong practical experience with: * **AI agents / agentic systems** * **LLM application development** * **Tool calling** * **Multi-agent workflows** * **Context and memory management** * **AI-assisted software development** * **TypeScript** * **APIs and backend integrations** * **CI/CD pipelines** * **Docker** * **Git-based development workflows** * **Linux environments** * **Deployment automation** Experience with **Claude Code, MCP, coding agents, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub/Gitea Actions, Playwright** or similar technologies is a strong plus. We don't expect you to be an expert in every technology listed above. The most important thing is being able to understand an existing system, investigate problems independently and progressively take ownership of it. ## What we are looking for This is **not a research-only AI position**. We are looking for someone who likes to **build, test, debug and ship**. You should be comfortable navigating an existing codebase and infrastructure, understanding how agents interact with development workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing pragmatic improvements. We are specifically looking for someone available **full-time**, not someone looking to add a few freelance hours alongside multiple other projects. The objective is for you to progressively become highly autonomous within our **AI Factory, agent architecture, CI/CD and delivery infrastructure**. ## $100 Paid POC The first step will be a **$100 paid POC directly inside our AI Factory**. You will receive access to the necessary environment and work on a small, concrete task related to agents, automation or the Factory infrastructure. The objective is to evaluate your ability to: * Understand the existing Factory and agent architecture * Navigate an existing codebase and development environment * Work effectively with our tools and conventions * Investigate problems independently * Identify potential improvements * Implement a clean and reliable solution * Validate and test your implementation If the POC is successful, the objective is to move forward with a **full-time collaboration at around $1,500/month**, with the opportunity to progressively take ownership of our AI Factory, advanced AI features, CI/CD and development infrastructure.
