Senior Enterprise Collaboration Consultant (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)

Project Description We are seeking an experienced consultant to evaluate our current Microsoft Planner/Power Platform environment and recommend the best Google Workspace-compatible project management solution for a U.S. Federal Government organization. Our organization is transitioning from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, and we need an expert to assess the current environment, evaluate available solutions (e.g., Smartsheet Gov, Asana Gov, Atlassian Government Cloud, Wrike for Government, Google-native tools), and recommend the best path forward. Responsibilities: -Review existing documentation -Assess current Microsoft Planner/Power Platform implementation -Evaluate Google-compatible project management solutions -Compare features, costs, security, and FedRAMP compliance -Provide executive recommendations and migration strategy -Deliver a comparison matrix and final recommendation report Qualifications: -10+ years of enterprise IT consulting -Experience with Microsoft 365, Planner, Power Platform, and Google Workspace -Experience evaluating enterprise PM/PPM platforms -Federal Government and FedRAMP experience preferred -Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills Please include examples of similar assessments or migration projects with your proposal.
