Senior Figma Presentation Designer for a High Stakes Agency Pitch

PROJECT OVERVIEW We are looking for an exceptional presentation designer, art director or small design studio to transform an existing strategic pitch deck into a powerful, memorable presentation experience. The strategy, narrative and core content already exist. We need someone who can elevate the work through exceptional design, visual storytelling, motion and production craft. This is not a template refresh or general PowerPoint clean up. We need a visible leap in quality. The final presentation should feel closer to a crafted digital experience or premium editorial product than a conventional corporate presentation. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will: • Rebuild and art direct the presentation in Figma. • Develop one coherent visual system across the full deck. • Turn dense strategic content into a clear and compelling live story. • Improve the narrative through sequencing, progressive reveals and purposeful transitions. • Use selective motion to guide attention and strengthen key moments. • Source, create or refine powerful imagery that feels human, original and intentional. • Use AI tools where appropriate, supported by strong human art direction and design judgement. • Create and integrate GIFs or lightweight animated assets where they improve the story. • Improve the typography, layouts, icons, diagrams and visual consistency. • Build the deck using editable text, vectors and reusable Figma components. • Prepare the presentation for reliable live delivery and practical team handover. OPTIONAL VIDEO CAPABILITY The full project includes three short video assets. Video editing capability would be useful, but it is not required to apply. We are open to appointing an excellent presentation designer and briefing a separate video specialist. If you offer video production, please show this as a separate item in your proposal. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You may be a strong independent designer, senior art director or small specialist studio. You should have: • Advanced Figma presentation and prototyping skills. • A strong understanding of typography, editorial design and visual hierarchy. • Experience designing high stakes pitches, strategy presentations or live keynote experiences. • The ability to make complex strategic thinking clear without removing its substance. • Strong motion, transition and animation judgement. • Experience using AI as part of a professional creative workflow. • Excellent attention to detail. • The ability to work quickly and collaboratively with a strategy and creative team. • Immediate or near immediate availability for an intensive production period. WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL Please provide: • Three to four presentation projects that best demonstrate the quality we are looking for. • At least one example of motion work you have created within a presentation. • If you do not have a presentation example with motion, you may share a Figma project that demonstrates your ability to use animation, transitions and interactive prototyping effectively. • A short explanation of your specific contribution to each project. • Links to any relevant motion, prototype or live presentation work. • Your proposed approach to a project of this nature. • Your availability over the next seven to ten days. • Your proposed fee or realistic indicative range. • Confirmation that you can build the final presentation in Figma. • Confirmation that you are willing to sign an NDA. Please do not send a large general portfolio. Show us the three or four projects that best prove you can do this specific job. CONFIDENTIALITY This is a sensitive competitive pitch. We cannot disclose the client, category, strategy, presentation content or creative direction in this public brief. We will share the detailed brief and working materials only after selecting a preferred partner and receiving a signed NDA. The appointed partner may not: • Publish any part of the work. • Share the project on social media. • Submit the work for awards. • Include the work in credentials or case studies. • Show the work in a public or private portfolio. Any future use would require prior written permission. SELECTION PROCESS We will assess the quality and relevance of the work submitted. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to a short discussion about their approach, availability and fee. The preferred candidate will sign an NDA. We will then share the detailed brief and working presentation. Final appointment will follow agreement on the scope, timing, deliverables and cost.
