Senior Figma UI & Presentation Designer

We are looking for a strong Figma Designer for ongoing collaboration with our creative and e-commerce team. This is not a role for someone who only knows how to use Figma or assemble template-based layouts. We are looking for a designer with a strong visual eye who can independently develop design directions, work from references, and turn brand strategy/content into polished, professional visual work. What You’ll Work On Shopify / DTC website UI design Homepage, Product Page, Collection Page, Landing Page and other website pages Desktop + Mobile responsive design Brand / visual direction exploration Moodboards and visual references Sales proposals and client presentations PPT / presentation design Occasionally EDM / email marketing creative Other brand-related digital design What We’re Looking For 1. Strong Figma Skills You should be highly comfortable working in Figma, including: Auto Layout Components Styles / variables Responsive layouts Design systems Clean and well-organized Figma files We need someone who can create files that other designers and developers can easily understand and continue working with. 2. Very Strong Typography & Layout Skills This is extremely important to us. You should understand: Heading hierarchy Body copy hierarchy Font pairing Spacing Alignment Line height Visual rhythm Content density A page should still look polished even before images are added. If every heading, paragraph and section looks visually the same, this role will probably not be a good fit. 3. Strong Website / E-commerce Design Taste Experience with: Shopify DTC brands Consumer brands Tech products Lifestyle brands International / Western-facing brands is highly preferred. We want modern, commercially strong design — not generic agency templates. 4. Ability to Create Different Design Directions We frequently explore multiple visual directions for the same project. The versions should feel genuinely different in: Layout Art direction Typography Composition Visual hierarchy Brand personality Simply changing colors, images or section order is not enough. 5. Strong Visual Research Ability You should be comfortable researching references from sources such as: Pinterest Behance Awwwards Leading DTC brands Competitor websites Editorial / campaign references You should be able to understand why a reference works and translate that thinking into a new design rather than simply copying it. 6. Excellent PPT / Presentation Design Skills This is another important part of the role. We regularly create: Client proposals Sales decks Brand presentations Website strategy decks Creative direction presentations Project presentations You should know how to turn relatively plain information into a presentation that feels: Professional Premium Visual Easy to understand Client-facing Commercial / sales-oriented Please include presentation/PPT examples in your portfolio if available. Big Plus: Klaviyo Experience with Klaviyo is a major plus. Especially if you can help with: Email design Campaign templates Flow email design Setting up designs inside Klaviyo Basic campaign / flow setup This is not mandatory, but candidates with both strong design skills and Klaviyo experience will be prioritized. How We Work We work with multiple international brands and projects at the same time. We usually provide: Brand information Client requirements Content Competitor references Design references Existing brand assets However, we do not want to provide pixel-by-pixel instructions. We expect the designer to think independently, identify visual problems, propose better solutions and bring their own design judgment to the project. What We Care About Most We care much more about your actual design quality than the number of years you have worked. We will look closely at: Typography Layout Visual hierarchy Image selection Art direction Consistency Attention to detail Ability to create different styles Ability to understand references Overall design taste Collaboration We would like to start with a paid test project / test page. For the test, you can work in your own Figma file and simply provide us with view access. You do not need to transfer ownership or provide edit access during the test. If the collaboration works well, we are looking for a designer who can work with us on an ongoing basis, potentially for 3–6 months or longer.
