Senior Figma SaaS UI/UX Designer – Auto Layout, Components & Design Systems | 30+ Hrs/Week

We are looking for a Senior SaaS Product Designer / Figma UI/UX Expert with immediate availability for 30+ hours per week to professionalize an existing SaaS application currently being developed. We already have 100+ existing screens/frames and established business logic/workflows. This is NOT a ground-up redesign. Many existing designs and concepts are good and should be retained. However, our Figma is currently in a mixed state: Some screens are editable Figma Some are flattened/AI-generated concepts that need to be rebuilt Some have spacing, alignment, or consistency issues Some workflows have missing screens/states Some contain UI/UX logic gaps or errors Most importantly, our existing screens currently do NOT use a professional Figma system. CRITICAL FIGMA REQUIREMENTS The selected designer must be highly experienced with: AUTO LAYOUT REUSABLE COMPONENTS COMPONENT VARIANTS FIGMA VARIABLES / STYLES Responsive layouts Consistent spacing and sizing UI/UX states and interactions Professional developer-ready handoff We want to preserve strong existing designs while professionally restructuring, correcting, or rebuilding them where necessary. 4 FAST AGILE SPRINTS – 2–3 DAYS EACH We are targeting approximately 2 weeks for the priority screen work, delivered in four rapid sprints: Sprint 1 – Branding + Sign Up/Sign In + Dashboard Update/refine the existing logo, finalize the color palette/color chart and usage guide, establish typography/initial visual standards, and complete Authentication + Main Dashboard. Sprint 2 – Proposal First Flow Create Proposal through Proposal Kickoff. Sprint 3 – Proposal Continuation Task Management through AI Assistant. Sprint 4 – Settings + Main Admin Settings and Main Administration. Target: approximately 2–3 working days per sprint. Each approved sprint will immediately move to our Bubble developer while the designer begins the next sprint. FINAL WEEK – DESIGN SYSTEM / COMPONENT LIBRARY Following the four urgent sprints, we are targeting approximately 1 additional week to consolidate, organize, QA, and document the complete Figma Design System and Component Library. Components should already be created and reused during the sprints. The final week is for formalizing the complete system, including: Logo/brand standards Color palette and usage Typography Spacing/sizing standards Auto Layout Reusable components Component variants/states Figma variables/styles Buttons Forms Navigation Cards Tables Modals Proposal-specific components Admin components Responsive behavior Component usage rules The goal is to ensure that future OS Bridge features follow established standards rather than introducing new button sizes, colors, spacing, or UI patterns. Target overall engagement: approximately 3 weeks. AVAILABILITY IS VERY IMPORTANT You must have 30+ hours per week available for this project and be able to begin immediately. Shortlisted candidates may be required to sign an NDA before receiving access to the complete product.
