Senior Flutter Developer - Custom E-Commerce & Individual Account Deployment Expert

We are seeking an Expert Senior Flutter Developer (Individual Contractor only) to build and deploy a modular custom application from scratch. To maintain strict confidentiality, specific project features and logic will only be disclosed to shortlisted candidates. Technical & Deployment Requirements (Mandatory): 1. Account Sovereignty: Must have proven experience configuring and deploying production builds directly to Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console using Individual Developer Accounts. 2. Zero Password Policy: No master passwords or 2FA codes will be shared. All configurations, provisioning, and uploads must be executed via secure pipelines using Apple API Keys (.p8) and restricted Developer Role invitations. 3. Code Sovereignty: Daily, clean code pushes directly into our private corporate GitHub repository are strictly mandatory. Requirements: - 5+ years of verified Flutter & Dart mobile experience. - Expert-level knowledge of App Store Connect API keys and iOS/Android individual deployment. - Immediate availability for milestone-based execution via Upwork Escrow.
