Senior Flutter Developer – Existing App Takeover & Ongoing Support

We're looking for an experienced Flutter developer to take over and provide ongoing support for our existing iOS and Android application. This is not a ground-up app build. We have an existing production platform with a PHP/Laravel + MySQL backend and a Flutter-based mobile container. We're looking for someone who can get familiar with the existing architecture, troubleshoot issues, and become a reliable ongoing development resource. Initial Scope The immediate work will include: - Reviewing and becoming familiar with the existing Flutter codebase and architecture - Troubleshooting current iOS and Android issues - Resolving App Store and Google Play compliance/release issues - Supporting authentication, reauthentication and session management - Debugging integrations between the Flutter application and existing platform/backend - Managing future iOS and Android releases and updates - Providing ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and development support Who We're Looking For We're particularly interested in someone with: - Strong production-level Flutter/Dart experience - Experience inheriting and troubleshooting an existing Flutter application built by another developer/team - Experience with Flutter container, WebView, hybrid or add-to-app implementations - iOS and Android release management experience - App Store and Google Play compliance/troubleshooting experience - Experience working with APIs and existing backend systems - Familiarity with PHP/Laravel and MySQL is an asset - Strong communication and documentation skills - North American developers or developers working primarily within North American time zones are strongly preferred. Ongoing Opportunity Our goal is to find someone who can initially help us stabilize and understand the existing application and, if it's a good fit, become our ongoing Flutter development and maintenance resource.
