# Senior Flutter / Full Stack Developer Needed for Two-Week Launch Sprint (Fixed Price) ## Project Overview We are seeking **one experienced Senior Flutter / Full Stack Developer** to join our development team and help complete the final phase of an existing mobile and web platform before launch. The platform is a hospitality technology solution that enables customers to order food and beverages directly from their mobile devices at participating hospitality venues. It is designed to improve the guest experience by reducing wait times while providing venue operators with a streamlined ordering and customer engagement solution. The application has already been built and is currently in the final stages of testing, branding updates, quality assurance, and production readiness. **This is not a project to build an application from scratch.** This is a focused **launch sprint** with clearly defined objectives. We are looking for an experienced developer who can quickly understand an existing codebase, collaborate with our current team, and deliver high-quality results within a short timeline. ## Project Team We already have **one Senior Developer** working on the platform and are looking to add **one additional Senior Flutter / Full Stack Developer** to accelerate completion before launch. Our project team consists of: * **2 Senior Flutter / Full Stack Developers** (including this position) * **1 Junior Developer** * **3 Virtual Assistants** The work has been divided into clearly defined deliverables. You will collaborate with our existing Senior Developer through Git/GitHub while focusing on your assigned responsibilities. The Junior Developer will assist with bug fixes, lower-complexity development tasks, and implementation work under the guidance of the Senior Developers. Our Virtual Assistants will support the development team by handling: * QA coordination * User Acceptance Testing (UAT) * Documentation * Issue tracking * Branding verification * Project coordination * Administrative support This structure allows our Senior Developers to focus on engineering while the support team handles non-development tasks. ## Timeline (Required) We are preparing for launch and have an aggressive schedule. **If you cannot complete your assigned deliverables within two (2) weeks, please do not submit a proposal.** We are only interested in developers who can begin immediately and dedicate sufficient time to meeting this deadline. ## Scope of Work Responsibilities include: * Review the existing codebase. * Collaborate with the current Senior Developer. * Complete assigned branding updates. * Locate and replace remaining outdated branding references. * Review payment processing functionality. * Review authentication and user workflows. * Fix approved bugs. * Improve application stability where needed. * Verify branding consistency throughout: * Mobile applications * Administrative Portal * Partner Portal * Customer experience * Emails and notifications * Participate in code reviews. * Assist with production deployment. * Support final QA and User Acceptance Testing. ## Required Skills Applicants should have strong experience with: * Flutter (highly preferred) * Dart * React * React Native * JavaScript / TypeScript * REST APIs * Firebase * Git / GitHub * Payment processing integrations * Mobile application architecture * QA testing * Production deployments Experience with hospitality technology, marketplace applications, SaaS products, restaurant technology, or consumer mobile applications is a plus. ## AI-Assisted Development We are looking for developers who effectively use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.
