Senior Front-End WordPress Webmaster (GeoDirectory, WooCommerce, GenerateBlocks, PWA)

About Us: We build digital web platforms, directories, and lead systems. We move fast. We run on a tight 12-week execution schedule. We focus on clean code, fast page loads, and mobile sales. Who We Need: We need a sharp, self-driven front-end developer and webmaster. You will build clean directory sites, maintain our core brand site, set up WooCommerce checkout flows, and prepare front-end layouts for Progressive Web Apps (PWA). You do not wait to be told what to do. You own your role. You solve problems before we see them. You work well with our lead programmer and project manager. Trial Period, Work Pace & Project Management: 30-Day Probation: You start on a 30-day probationary period to prove your speed and reliability. Fast Sprints: We work in 7-to-10-day sprint cycles. You must complete agreed milestones on time, every time. ClickUp Proficiency: We run all operations in ClickUp. You must manage your daily tasks, progress updates, and sprint deliverables inside ClickUp. Role Ownership: You must own your work, understand your role, and deliver without hand-holding. What You Will Do: Build and format clean directory sites using GeoDirectory and GenerateBlocks. Build and style fast WooCommerce payment and checkout pages. Clean up, update, and maintain our core brand site built on Elementor. Connect front-end layouts to back-end REST APIs and webhooks built by our lead programmer. Build touch-first, mobile-optimized front-end layouts ready for PWA functionality. Manage our Hostinger account, site backups, speed fixes, and security updates. Optimize page load speed and keep code clean to protect search engine rankings. What You Must Know: Deep hands-on experience with WordPress, GeoDirectory, GenerateBlocks, Elementor, and WooCommerce. Proven ability to fetch and display data using REST APIs and JavaScript on WordPress front-ends. Experience setting up mobile-first designs, WooCommerce store layouts, and PWA front-end configurations. Full comfort managing Hostinger hosting accounts, DNS, SSL security, and speed optimization plugins. Hands-on experience working inside ClickUp or modern project management tools. Strong focus on mobile speed, performance, and clean design. How You Work: You own your outcomes. You work fast and meet flat-fee milestone deadlines within 7-to-10-day sprints. You communicate clearly every day in ClickUp. You do not ask how to fix basic problems. You fix them. Budget & Terms: Flat-fee milestones based on finished results.
