Senior Full Stack Developer – Build PWR (Phase 1 MVP) About PWR PWR is a UK-based competition platform with a long-term vision to become one of the UK’s leading competition communities. This is not a standard WordPress website. We’re building a scalable software platform that will continue evolving over many years, and we’re looking for a developer who enjoys designing robust systems and thinking beyond the initial build. This is the first phase of a long-term project with ongoing development opportunities for the right developer. ⸻ Current Status Significant work has already been completed. * ✅ Branding completed * ✅ Business model completed * ✅ Competition concepts completed * ✅ Legal documentation (well underway) * ✅ Technical specification (TS-001 see attached) * ✅ Temporary website built using Wix We are now moving from our temporary Wix website to a fully custom-built competition platform. ⸻ Phase 1 Objective The objective of Phase 1 is to design, build, test and deploy a fully functional custom competition platform that is ready to replace our existing Wix website. At the successful completion of Phase 1, the new custom platform should become the primary live website for PWR. Wherever practical, development will take place using infrastructure owned by PWR (such as GitHub, cloud hosting, domains and related services), with appropriate developer access granted as required.
