The Role We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with robust experience in back-end development using PHP and Zend Framework, strong front-end proficiency in JavaScript, and a future-ready approach embracing modern frameworks like React and Node.JS. You’ll also help lead our efforts in integrating AI/ML technologies into our platforms. The ideal candidate is highly independent, an effective communicator, and excited by the challenge of modernizing legacy systems while designing future-proof architectures. Key Responsibilities Deliver complex tasks and full features end-to-end with minimal supervision. Maintain and extend existing back-end systems (PHP, Zend Framework). Build and enhance front-end functionality using JavaScript, with progressive integration of React. Drive modernization efforts towards modern technologies. Architect and integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications (e.g., automation, APIs, data-driven tools). Reverse engineer and refactor legacy codebases for performance and maintainability. Contribute to internal standards, documentation, and company SOPs. Participate in regular team meetings, sprint planning, and asynchronous collaboration (Slack, Git). Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and clean documentation. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of professional experience in full stack development. Expert in OOP PHP 7+ and Zend Framework (v1 & v3) or similar MVC frameworks. Proficient with JavaScript and MySQL. Experience with API design and development, including IPC integration. Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, RDS, Aurora). Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows. Comfortable working in Linux server environments. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects. Fluent in English with excellent communication and planning skills. Proven exposure to AI/ML technologies (e.g., data processing, ML APIs, automation tools). Preferred/Bonus Skills Experience with Node.js, React, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with API development, IPC integration, and Microservices. Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Experience configuring and managing GitHub repositories, including branch strategies, issue tracking, and repository permissions.
