About the Project: We are seeking an elite, senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and launch the v1.0 MVP of Arkhe, a web application designed to streamline spatial design, project planning, and material/specification workflows.We have clear product workflows, wires, and technical specifications ready to go. We are looking for an experienced individual builder (or dedicated lead) who communicates proactively, writes clean modular code, and takes full ownership of technical execution from database schema to deployment. Target Stack & Tools: Frontend: Next.js (React), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS Backend & API: Node.js / Python (REST or GraphQL endpoints) Database & Auth: Supabase / PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security (RLS) + Google/Email OAuth Storage & Infrastructure: AWS S3 or Supabase Storage, deployed on Vercel Core Workflows to Build (6-Week Milestone Sprint): Interactive Workspace Dashboard: Grid/canvas workspace for managing project assets, specification inputs, and drag-and-drop file attachments with real-time state persistence. Automated Schedule & Rollup Engine: Filterable specification schedule (pricing, lead times, spatial parameters) with instant total calculations and search.Export Engine & Shareable Links: One-click PDF/CSV export engine alongside read-only preview links for external client viewing.Scope & Budget:Budget: $10,000 – $15,000 (Milestone-based fixed price)Timeline: Strict 6-Week SprintType: Potential for ongoing contract/retainer post-launch for Feature v2.0 builds.Requirements:5+ years of full-stack web development experience with Next.js/React & Node/PostgreSQL.
