Senior Full-Stack Engineer – API Integrations & Logistics Workflow Automation

We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help automate and scale our vehicle shipping platform. We already have a customer-facing website, instant quote calculator, HubSpot CRM, Stripe payments, and Super Dispatch in place. Your role will be to build the integration layer that connects these systems into a seamless, reliable workflow from booking through delivery. You'll design and implement backend services, REST APIs, webhooks, and automation that eliminate manual processes while keeping the architecture flexible for future growth. The platform should be built so third-party services, such as Super Dispatch, can be replaced without affecting the rest of the system. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks, Stripe, HubSpot, database design, and complex workflow automation. Experience with logistics, transportation, freight, or marketplace platforms is a strong plus. This project includes reviewing our current stack, recommending the best architecture, integrating our existing systems, automating payment and CRM workflows, implementing customer notifications, and documenting the solution. For the right developer, this will grow into a long-term partnership building customer and carrier portals, internal dispatch tools, and proprietary logistics technology.
