Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React / Next.js / Node.js) for Fintech/SaaS Platform Scaling

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 8+ years of production experience to help us modernize, build out, and scale our core web platform. Our current architecture relies heavily on React/Next.js on the front end and Node.js with RESTful APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases on the backend. We need a senior engineer who can take full ownership of features—from API and data modeling through to clean, high-performance UI implementation. Key Responsibilities: Architect, build, and deploy production-ready full-stack features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js. Design and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL / MongoDB) for high performance and scalability. Build secure, well-structured RESTful APIs and integrate third-party webhooks/services cleanly. Ensure code quality through standard patterns, unit testing, and maintainable system architecture. Collaborate directly with product leads and founders to solve complex technical bottlenecks. Requirements: 8+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on full-stack web platforms. Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Express/Nest. Strong hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Solid grasp of cloud operations (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and modern CI/CD pipelines. Experience building enterprise-grade, secure applications (Fintech, SaaS, Healthcare, or high-traffic platforms). Fluent English with clear, proactive async and sync communication. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Python (Django/Flask) or Web3/Blockchain integration patterns. Experience scaling applications serving 50k+ active users.
