Senior Full stack Engineer

I am looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and deliver a web application from the ground up. You will own the full development lifecycle — architecture, backend, frontend, database, integrations, testing, deployment, and production support. I need someone who can work independently, make strong technical decisions, and take ownership from development through production. Required Skills • 5+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong Node.js, TypeScript, and React experience. • Strong backend experience with Fastify or similar frameworks. • Strong PostgreSQL / SQL and database design skills. • Experience with Redis, BullMQ, background jobs, retries, and idempotency. • Experience building and consuming REST APIs. • Strong experience with OAuth 2.0, webhooks, third-party APIs, authentication, and rate limits. • Experience with Vite and modern frontend development. • Experience deploying applications to AWS / EC2. • Experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions / CI/CD. • Strong understanding of testing, security, performance, scalability, and production monitoring. Communication Skills Strong communication is essential for this role. You should be able to: • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members. • Explain complex technical concepts in simple language. • Clearly communicate progress, blockers, risks, and trade-offs. • Ask questions when requirements are unclear. • Write clear technical documentation and PR descriptions. • Work effectively in an async-first environment. • Take ownership without requiring constant supervision. Fluent written and spoken English is required. Nice to Have • Atlassian / Jira / Forge experience. • SaaS or multi-tenant application experience. • LLM / AI API experience. • Anthropic Claude API experience. • AWS / Terraform experience. • Marketplace or app-store deployment experience.
