Senior Graphic Designer for CPG Food Packaging

We are seeking a highly experienced Graphic Designer with strong CPG food packaging experience. This role requires both high-level creative strategy and strong technical production skills. Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration as needed. Responsibilities: Develop retail-ready food packaging and brand concepts Create packaging systems across multiple SKUs Develop innovative design ideas and concepts Work with packaging dielines Build advanced Adobe Illustrator files Prepare accurate, print-ready production artwork Review proofs and resolve prepress issues Maintain strong brand consistency across packaging formats Requirements: Professional CPG food or beverage packaging experience Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills Strong understanding of typography, color, hierarchy, and shelf impact Experience preparing files for commercial print production High level of competency in FDA compliance for food products Highly creative and capable of developing innovative design ideas and concepts Ability to work directly with printers and packaging suppliers Strong attention to detail Portfolio Required!
