Senior Investment Analyst (Client-Facing)

We have sophisticated marketing infrastructure that provide us with a significant amount of deal-flow, and also allow us to generate a significant amount of investor interest for our clients. We’re looking for a Senior Investment Analyst to support our client fulfillment process and help us manage the workload as we scale rapidly. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and refine investor materials including pitch decks, teasers, one-pagers, and investment memos - Review, validate, and provide feedback on client-prepared financial models - Organise and maintain investor-ready data rooms with proper structure and naming conventions - Draft concise investor briefing reports for each client prior to introductions - Support ongoing client communication and coordination throughout the capital raise - Collaborate closely with our senior team to ensure deliverables meet institutional investor standards What We're Looking For: - Strong background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related fields - Proven experience crafting materials for institutional or strategic investors - Solid understanding of financial modeling and ability to spot key gaps or red flags - Clear, structured writing and the ability to tell a compelling investment story - Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously - Excellent written communication skills and professionalism in client-facing correspondence - Ideally has access to their own business intelligence (BI) tools and investor databases to support research and context Compensation: Hourly rate commensurate with experience, paired with a percentage of the success fees we earned on closed transactions (success fees range from $100,000 to $1,000,000+.) Portfolio Requirement Please share a portfolio of past work - pitch decks, investment memos, financial models, or similar materials. Anonymised or redacted examples are acceptable if confidentiality is required. We're evaluating clarity, structure, and investor-readiness. NOTE ON FIT: This is a partner-track role, not a one-off contract engagement. Our clients are serious organisations, and their investors expect to know who is representing them in a capital raise - a professional, verifiable online presence (e.g. a complete, active LinkedIn profile) is mandatory, not optional. We're looking for someone comfortable being publicly associated with the firm and invested in growing with us long-term.
