Must haves Build multi-agent systems (LangGraph or equivalent) Shippped RAG over enterprise docs/knowledge bases Handled agent memory and context management Wires tools/APIs into complex workflow automation 5+ years Python; strong FastAPI in production Shipped LLM apps used by real customers Hands-on with LangGraph/LangChain, vector DBs, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker Nice-to-have: AWS, Azure, or GCP deployments
