Senior LLM Prompt Engineer | Healthcare AI | Prompt Architecture, RAG & Evaluation

We are developing an AI-powered healthcare copilot within our platform. We are seeking an experienced Senior LLM Prompt Engineer / AI Behavior Engineer to help transform our existing AI Prompt Specification (APS) into a production-ready prompt architecture and build the underlying prompt libraries that will govern AI behavior. This is not a content-writing, prompt-consulting, or basic chatbot prompt role. We already have a substantial AI Prompt Specification defining expected AI behavior, business objectives, trigger conditions, exclusions, inputs, outputs, behavioral rules, evidence sources, success criteria, failure conditions, non-functional requirements, and system dependencies. The selected engineer will be responsible for converting these specifications into production-ready prompt libraries, prompts, behavioral policies, orchestration logic, evaluation frameworks, testing scenarios, and version-controlled AI behavior.
