Senior Laravel Developer Needed for Frontend Effects

I need someone who is extremely skilled in Laravel and has very strong frontend experience. Basically, I already have a website that has been built almost entirely from scratch based on the Figma design. What I need now is someone who can implement all the frontend effects, animations, transitions, and interactions exactly as intended. This is not something that can simply be handled with basic AI tools. I need someone with real, hands-on frontend experience who can start immediately and complete the entire scope TODAY.
