Senior Mechatronics Engineer - Product Development

I am seeking an engineer who has personally designed complete electromechanical products from concept through prototype. We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics/Product Development Engineer to design a compact, automated, durable product. The project involves the design of a compact electromechanical product incorporating DC motors, cable-driven mechanisms, linear actuators, bearings, and custom mechanical assemblies. Experience selecting motors, designing mechanisms, and integrating electromechanical systems is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical design and product development, with a strong understanding of mechatronics principles. The role requires close collaboration throughout concept development, engineering trade studies, design reviews, and prototype development to produce a robust proof-of-concept design suitable for fabrication and testing.
