Senior Meta Media Buyer / Performance Growth Marketer - 8 Figure Fitness Brand

Infinity Hoop is an 8-figure Shopify fitness brand looking for an experienced Meta media buyer to help scale paid acquisition profitably. This is not a beginner role. We want someone who has successfully managed Meta ads for DTC Shopify brands and can show proven results. Must have experience spending $50k - $100k a day in spend. You should understand the full growth system, including: Creative testing Offer testing Scaling strategy Budget allocation CPA, MER, AOV, CVR, profitability Funnel and landing page performance Attribution and reporting We're looking for a performance operator who can identify what's limiting growth and recommend solutions. We're big on creative systems. Responsibilities; - Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns - Develop and improve creative testing systems - Work closely with the creative team on new concepts and feedback - Scale winning campaigns through feedback loop - Identify performance issues and growth opportunities - Provide clear reporting and recommendations Requirements: - Deep understanding of avatars and content targeting - Experience scaling fitness brands - Strong understanding of direct-response creative - Experience with creative fatigue management - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work EST hours and attend weekly Monday meetings - Fluent English MUST HAVE - Experience in fitness & wellness brands.
