Senior NetSuite Administrator – OneWorld Expert (Hourly → Full-Time Opportunity)

About Platformz Platformz is building an AI-powered enterprise commerce platform that connects ERP, product information, operations, logistics, customer engagement, and analytics into a single enterprise commerce framework. We are implementing NetSuite OneWorld as the financial and operational backbone of our platform and are looking for a Senior NetSuite Administrator who has successfully led OneWorld implementations and understands how to build a scalable, well-governed NetSuite environment. This is an hourly contract position to start, with the goal of transitioning the right person into a full-time leadership role. This is not a maintenance or help desk position. We are looking for someone who can own NetSuite, establish best practices, proactively improve business processes, and become our long-term NetSuite expert. ⸻ What You’ll Own You will be responsible for the administration, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of our NetSuite OneWorld environment. Responsibilities include: Lead the NetSuite OneWorld implementation and administration Design and maintain the overall NetSuite architecture Configure subsidiaries, accounting books, tax structures, currencies, and intercompany operations Configure roles, permissions, approval workflows, and security Design financial, operational, purchasing, inventory, and order management processes Build dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, reports, and executive analytics Improve business processes through automation Configure SuiteFlow workflows and business rules Manage releases, testing, and change management Maintain documentation and governance standards Train internal users and departments Work directly with executive leadership to continuously improve the platform ⸻ OneWorld Experience Required Applicants should have significant hands-on experience implementing and managing: NetSuite OneWorld Multi-subsidiary organizations Multi-currency operations Multi-country accounting Intercompany transactions Financial consolidations Tax configuration Localization Period close processes Financial reporting Please do not apply unless you have real-world OneWorld implementation experience. ⸻ Leadership Expectations We’re looking for someone who: Takes ownership Is proactive rather than reactive Thinks strategically Identifies process improvements Drives projects forward without constant direction Communicates well with executives and technical teams Documents best practices Builds scalable enterprise solutions We want a leader who becomes the owner of our NetSuite environment. ⸻ Required Experience 7+ years of NetSuite administration Multiple NetSuite implementations Expert knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld SuiteFlow SuiteAnalytics Saved Searches Dashboards Role and permission management Inventory Management Financial Management Order Management Purchasing Advanced Reporting CSV Imports Data migration User training Release management Preferred: SuiteScript SuiteBuilder SuiteTalk APIs SuiteCloud NetSuite certifications ⸻ Integration Within the Platformz Framework NetSuite serves as the ERP foundation of the Platformz enterprise commerce framework.
